Created in collaboration with Amy Yang and Maggie Tang, the Gourmand 52 Deck is a set of playing cards featuring original, hand-drawn illustrations of New York City’s most iconic restaurant dishes that highlight the city's uniquely vibrant, historic, and innovative food scene. The project came about as a way to raise money and awareness for the restaurant industry in the wake of the pandemic; A portion of the proceeds from each deck were donated to ROAR (Restaurants Organizing, Advocating & Rebuilding) in support of their efforts.
I served as Lead Designer for this project, responsible for designing the playing cards, tuck box, and marketing materials. Illustrations were drawn by Amy Yang.
